Payment Policy: Please read carefully; if you have questions please ask prior to purchasing. PAYMENT: Foreign Sales: I accept the following methods of payment: (1) International Money Orders in USD$, (2) Postal Money Orders in USD$ (3), PayPal in USD$. In Japan: bank deposit transfer, postal money order, or cash. Payment is due prior to shipping. All sales are final. All items are sold as-is and there are no refunds; again, please ask if you have any questions before purchase.
SHIPPING: The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. A handling fee is included in the quoted shipping price to offset my shipping expenses. Insurance is optional, but suggested– if you want it, please let me know and I will include it on the invoice. I will NOT be responsible for loss or damage by a mail carrier, so IF you want the package Insured or sent by Registered mail please advise me. International shipments will be sent by EMS which provides a tracking number unless notified differently. First Class mail is also available if you require no tracking number, although it is almost the same in cost. Japanese customer`s purchases will be sent by Yamato Takyubin or by the Japan Post Office.
